    Take a field trip to Downtown Framingham for a special yoga session at Springdale Barrel Room hosted by Lauren Turner. Barrel Room Yoga provides an opportunity to use mindful movement and breathing to reduce stress, invigorate the body and create a clarity of mind. Drawn back to the present moment, can enhance the beer tasting experience allowing you to notice and appreciate the subtle nuances of our barrel-aged beer. Appropriate for all-levels of yoga experience our instructor will guide students through a harmonious flow with graceful and deliberate movements paired with breath for an embodied yoga experience. Set at an unrushed pace, the class balances opening and releasing stretches with strength building poses. Please bring your own yoga mat (and props if your personal practice requires, I.e. blocks/straps/blankets). Advanced registration not required, pay by cash or card at bar upon arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
