We have something for everyone!! 3 Rooms + the lobby chock full of books. This month we are featuring a great selection of beautiful Art Books and Atlases at $2.00 each in our lobby. We also have an assortment of stocking stuffers consisting of toys, games, flash cards and craft kits. It’s never too early to start shopping for the holidays and many of our like-new books and toys make perfect gifts! Thanks to your continued support of the Friends, we are able to provide free movies, concerts, programs, museum passes, audio books, CDs, Children’s Room apps, and many other services to patrons and the Framingham community.

Turn inward during this 1 hour class and link your breath to a mindful flow as you are led through sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, backbends, twists and core work with the option to explore arm balances as well. Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited amount of yoga blocks will be provided. If you have your own blocks, please feel free to bring them.
